• 6 ounces toasted almonds
• 2 ounces melted chocolate for drizzle
• 4 tablespoons lemon zest
• 1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
• 2 tablespoons brandy
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon allspice
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• Powdered sugar for dusting
• 12 teaspoons Raspberry jam
